Garage Aéroport Genève Bonds:

1 – Object

Garage Aéroport Genève provides the vehicle transport and storage services entrusted to it by its customers. To this end, it enters into a contract with its customers, the elements of which are the general conditions and any amendments.

2 – Responsibility of Arena–Park Sàrl

Garage Aéroport Genève’s liability begins upon receipt of the vehicle keys and its parking ticket by the valet. Consequently, a copy of the confirmation is kept by each party.

Garage Aéroport Genève undertakes to drive your vehicle to our private car parks and return it to you on the date and time specified by you.

Garage Aéroport Genève is authorized to start vehicles using jumper cables in the event of a discharged battery and may, if necessary, move vehicles and use other parking areas temporarily.

Garage Aéroport Genève employees will not smoke in vehicles under any circumstances.

Garage Aéroport Genève is not responsible for breakdowns and damage to vehicles entrusted to it and their consequences, resulting in particular from a lack of maintenance, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic or from wear of parts and components necessary for the proper functioning of the vehicle or from insufficient oil, fuel, or water.

In the event of liability on the part of Garage Aéroport Genève, the latter will only be liable for material damage within the limit of the insurance cover taken out with the company up to CHF 5,000,000.

Garage Aéroport Genève declines all responsibility in the event of storms, hail, and any other damage linked to natural causes.

3 – Customer responsibility

The customer agrees to be on time for the appointments agreed upon when booking. In the event of a delay on your part, please inform us as soon as possible on the mobile phone of the valet mentioned on your confirmation.

The customer declares that he/she has full use of the vehicle entrusted to Garage Aéroport Genève either as the holder or as a third party authorized by the holder.

The customer must leave the vehicle registration document or registration certificate and the pollution logbook (for vehicles registered in Switzerland only) in the glove compartment of their vehicle in order to be able to legally move the vehicle to the parking location. They also declare that the vehicle entrusted to them meets the legal insurance requirements and that the insurance contract taken out allows a third party to drive the vehicle entrusted to Garage Aéroport Genève.

The customer pays for the services performed by Garage Aéroport Genève by credit card when booking. In the event of an error in the return date when booking, a penalty of CHF 40 will be added to you against the movement of the vehicle and the valet. No refund will be made in the event of modification or cancellation on the same day of your trip except in the event of flight cancellation.

Refunds for reservations are made in the form of credit in the loyalty account available in the customer area. Upon request from the customer and by email, the refund can be made to the credit card of the customer who made the reservation.

For any cancellation made more than 48 hours in advance, a processing fee of CHF 40 will be applied and reimbursement will be made within 30 working days.

Please keep your booking confirmation in a safe place and ready to present it when returning the vehicle. In the event of loss of the confirmation, Garage Aéroport Genève cannot be held responsible if it is presented by a third party who uses it fraudulently to recover the vehicle.

Garage Aéroport Genève undertakes to cover all damage caused to the bodywork of the customer’s vehicle provided that a descriptive inventory of the vehicle has been carried out upon collection and at the customer’s request, that the damage or new condition is noted by both parties and that a contradictory descriptive inventory is carried out upon return and this, before the customer leaves the collection point. In the event that a descriptive inventory has not been carried out upon collection of the vehicle, Garage Aéroport Genève declines all responsibility for any damage and will not be held liable for disputes concerning the condition of the vehicle made after its return.

4 – Applicable laws and disputes

This contract is subject to Swiss law. Any dispute regarding its interpretation and execution will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva.

Garage Aéroport Genève reserves the right to modify part or all of these general conditions of use at any time.
